Before you write: quick self-checks

- Check the Common errors page for known messages and solutions.
- Browse the FAQ for answers to frequent questions.
- Make sure your app is up to date — see Updates & settings.
- If a profile won’t launch, confirm your subscription is active on the License states page.
Find your logs
Section titled “Find your logs”If the team asks for logs to diagnose a problem, you can grab them straight from the app. Open the Logs folder from within Santiago, then attach the relevant file to your Telegram message.
