Already paying for another anti-detect browser? You don’t have to lose the time you’ve already paid for. Send us proof of your active subscription on Telegram, and we’ll credit you free Santiago time that matches the duration left on your current plan.

What you get

When you switch, we add a free Santiago subscription for the same amount of time you have remaining elsewhere. If your other browser’s plan still has, say, two months left, you get roughly two months of Santiago at no cost. It’s the easiest way to try Santiago without paying twice.

No risk to try

The offer is meant to let you migrate without overlapping costs. You keep using your current tool until it expires while you settle into Santiago for free.

How to claim it

The whole process happens over Telegram with our support team. Have your current browser open and your subscription details handy before you start.

1. Take a screenshot of your active subscription in the other anti-detect browser. Make sure it clearly shows the plan and the remaining time or renewal/expiry date.
2. Open our Telegram support channel: t.me/santiago_browser.
3. Send the screenshot along with a short note that you’d like to use the switch offer.
4. Wait for confirmation. Support reviews the screenshot and confirms the amount of free time we’ll match.
5. Receive your free time. Once approved, the matching subscription is applied to your Santiago account.

Use the email on your Santiago account

Mention the email address you registered (or will register) with so support can apply the free time to the right account. If you don’t have an account yet, you can create one first at santiago-browser.com.

What to put in the screenshot

To speed up approval, your screenshot should make these details obvious.

Active subscriptions only

The offer matches an active, paid subscription. Expired plans, free tiers, or trial periods can’t be matched. If the remaining time isn’t clear from the screenshot, support may ask for a clearer one.

After you switch

Once your free time is applied, Santiago works exactly like any paid plan, so there’s nothing special to maintain.

• Your subscription badge in the app shows the tier and days remaining, just like a regular plan. See License states for what each status means.
• When your free time runs out, you can subscribe normally. Compare options on the Plans page or upgrade any time from Subscribe and upgrade.
• New to the app? Start with Install Santiago and Create your first profile.
