Dashboard & withdrawals
The referral dashboard is your control center for the program: it shows your personal code and link, how much you’ve earned, which friends you invited, and lets you request a payout. You open it on the Santiago website at santiago-browser.com → Account → Referral.
Open your dashboard
Section titled “Open your dashboard”- Sign in at santiago-browser.com.
- Go to Account → Referral.
The page is split into your shareable link, a balance grid, a commissions table, your invited friends, and a withdrawal form. Each part is explained below.
Your code and link
Section titled “Your code and link”Every paying user gets one personal referral code, created automatically on your first payment. It’s an 8-character code (for example ABC1234D) and your link looks like this:
santiago-browser.com/?ref=ABC1234DThe dashboard shows both the code and the full link with copy buttons. Share whichever is easier:
- The link — when someone opens it, their browser remembers your code for 60 days, so the discount and your commission apply even if they sign up a bit later.
- The code — a friend can type it in manually when they register or on the subscription page during checkout.
Your code never expires and has unlimited uses, so you can share it as widely as you like.
Reading your balance
Section titled “Reading your balance”The balance grid breaks your earnings into a few numbers. Commissions are held for 90 days before they become available to withdraw (this matches the card-chargeback window), so it’s normal to see money sitting in “pending” for a while.
| Balance | What it means |
|---|---|
| Total earned | Every commission you’ve ever earned that hasn’t been reversed. |
| Pending | Earned but still inside the 90-day hold — not yet withdrawable. |
| Available | Past the 90-day hold and ready to be withdrawn. |
| Withdrawn | Total already paid out to you through approved withdrawals. |
Your withdrawable amount is what’s available minus anything already withdrawn or sitting in a pending withdrawal request. That’s the figure that matters when you ask for a payout.
Commissions table
Section titled “Commissions table”The commissions table lists every payment that earned you money. For each row you can see the amount and its status:
- Pending — inside the 90-day hold, counting toward your pending balance.
- Available — the hold has passed; the amount has moved into your available balance.
You earn 15% of the full plan price on every payment your referred friend makes — not just their first one, but every renewal for as long as they stay subscribed. The 15% is always calculated from the full price, even on the friend’s first payment where they used their discount.
| Plan a friend pays for | Full price | Your commission (15%) |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | $9.00/mo | $1.35/mo |
| Pro | $59.00/mo | $8.85/mo |
| Agency | $149.00/mo | $22.35/mo |
Invited friends
Section titled “Invited friends”This section lists the people who signed up using your code or link. Email addresses are masked for privacy, so you’ll see a partial address rather than the full one. Use it to confirm that someone you referred was attributed to you.
A few things to know about attribution:
- A friend is tied to you permanently the first time they’re attributed — the first referrer wins, and it never changes afterward.
- Attribution happens when they register, either through your
?ref=link or by entering your code manually.
Request a withdrawal
Section titled “Request a withdrawal”Once you have a withdrawable balance, use the withdrawal form to request a payout. Fill in the amount and your payout details, then submit. Your request appears in the withdrawals history with a pending status while our team reviews it; once approved, the amount moves into your withdrawn total.
Before you can withdraw
Section titled “Before you can withdraw”Two conditions must be met:
| Requirement | Value |
|---|---|
| Minimum withdrawal amount | $50 |
| Account age | 90 days or older |
If your request is rejected by these checks, the form tells you why:
- Account too young — your account isn’t 90 days old yet. Wait until it is.
- Below minimum — the amount is under $50. Let more commissions accrue, or request a larger amount.
- Insufficient balance — you asked for more than your withdrawable balance. Lower the amount to your available figure.
Withdrawals are reviewed and approved manually, so payout isn’t instant. You’ll see the request sitting as pending in your history until it’s processed.
